Actively Share/Publish calendar on the web with Sync

I'd like to achieve what iCal format is achieving for the web - I'd like to
have an automatically published version of my 'public' calendar on the web.
With the iCal format, clients can view our company events, know when we're
out of the office. I'd also like to see the ability to use tagging for tasks
and events... basically making better use of the existing "Categories" like
many other iCal formatted web calendars out there.
 
Outlook 2007 provides vastly improved iCalendar support.
