has anyone out there ever succeded ininstalling active x as per the ms instruction s ? i tried to followthemnmbut there was no install active x on the menu

What version of MS?

windows xp-ms =microsoft-if one tries an update it says you need active x control to view it or do it or whatever and it says you right click on the information bar and right click on menu and choose install active x but that don't work for me
