while watching a video using an active x type control the video plays fine
but upon closing or trying to close I get a not responding error I have xp
sp2 using ie6 and running in the background are spysweeper and norton
antivirus any help rectifying this would be greatly appreciated

What program is used to render the video? Since that's the one causing the
error, it's there that you have to go. Most probabily downloading the latest
version (again) and installing it, will take care of the problem.
