Active X security feature

hello

I have a user who runs a cognos application which exports
into PDF/Adobe. At the stage that this excutes it tries
to run the activex script and seems that windows is
stopping the automatic execution and prompting for the
Save As or Run pop up. How can this be disable as this is
causing a somewhat irritating feature for the user
everytime they do this. I have tested it and with normal
PDF and works fine on the users PC. When I run a regmon
to track down the execution it always leads to the
ActiveX Script as a security feature.

Please can someone inform me how to get rid of this
FEATURE or how to go about disbaling it?

Restore security to Default Level (click on button)
