active x cotrols

there are pager that will not downlaod because the message
says current security settings prohibits running active x
controls on this page , and i dont know how to fix this
can someone help me please?
 
Hit Start, control panel, Internet Options, Security. Select the Custom
config, enable your active x

your setings in internet explora securit is set to high
but be carefull what you are trying to download could be
a worm .
