Active X Controls

Hi,

I am running Windows XP Home with Internet Explorer 6.0 on my Macbook Pro
using Apple's BootCamp Software, where I can boot to Windows on a seperate
partition on my hard drive. My question is this, there is a particular
website I have to use for my job that only will run on Internet Explorer, and
it requires Active X Controls, but for some reason the Active X controls are
not installing properly from this particular site. I have tried using other
sites that require Active X controls, and everything runs fine. It would
seem that it would then just be an issue with the one website thats not
working, however they have tried troubleshooting to no avail. I don't see why
there should be anything causing this problem relating to the fact that I am
using a Mac computer, but could there be any other reason why their active X
controls are not installing properly, or is there anything else I can try? (I
have already tried upgrading to internet explorer7 and tried making sure my
security settings are not preventing axtive x control downloads, on both 6
and 7)

In IE go to Tools...Internet Options...Security tab, click Trusted sites at
the top to highlight it, click Sites button and add the site URL (you may
have to also uncheck the box at the bottom there).

If no joy:

Web pages that contain active content do not work correctly in Internet
