I downloaded a picture. Before downloading, it said something like, this is
an active picture. do you want to download it? I did, and now I have an
"active" desktop. What is that? The appearance is different and I can't
change it. Is it good or bad?
 
Why post again in just 10 minutes ?

I can think of these :
1. You think that you will get more answers.
Answer : NO, you will get replies like this.

2. You think that your message was not sent.
It can take up to 15 minutes before the message appears.
