When converting from FAT32 to NTFS I marked the NTFS drive
as "active" and I shouldn't have. Is there a way to
remove the "active" designation? Thanks

DOS and NTFS are incompatible.

Hi,

Is this causing you a problem ?
The boot partition is usually marked as Active.

You can use the DOS command FDISK and the 'Set Active
Partition' but if everything is working I would recomend
leaving this alone.

Tim

It's not causing a problem, but I was concerned that it might. The boot disk is designated "system" and the second HD is now "active". Thanks for the help
