Q1]I Have win2000 network with a single domain at all sites i wanna disable users to Logon to more than one pc at a time
Q2] My PDC[global catalog] and ADC for w2k domain both are Desktop PC but now i wanna replace them with Dedicated Server Machine without any changes and safely, please suggest

Not possible unless you mean to ONE SPECIFIED PC for each user.
(They would not be able to EVER logon to a different computer. User
properties has this version.)

Easiest is to install the new server, DCPromo, more the ROLES and GC.

Then DCPromo the existing DC to a member server.

Why do you want to do this? Most people buy DCs with more
capability than they need (for small networks.)
