Dears

One of my friend acciendiatly deleted FSMO Server from his network but the other Server was also running so thats why he is not getting any difficulty to login and sharing but when he wants to create a new user or any object he recieves following messeges

" The account-identifier allocator failed to initialize properly. The record data contains the NT error code that caused the failure. Windows 2000 may retry the initialization until it succeeds; until that time, account creation will be denied on this Domain Controller. Please look for other SAM event logs that may indicate the exact reason for the failure.

I did all the thing from knowledge base but problem is still here. So, kindly help me to get rid of it.

It appears that the rid master role is not available.

Did you seize the role to the DC that is still up and running? We need to
make sure that the DC that is up, holds all five fsmo roles.
