Does anybody have any any of the following functions written in VB.NET?:

1) To check if a user exists.
2) to create the user if the user does not exist
3) to check if an OU exists
4) to create an OU.


Must be in VB.NET

Have you looked at using classes in the System.DirectoryServices namespace
to do your Active Directory searches?
