Does anyone know any command or tool for reporting the
main characteristics of all Domain accounts (For
Example,lastlogin time, groups belonged to,when expire
the password,etc)

You could always use ldifde to do this. It is not very 'sexy' but it will
give you everything. BTW - some of the attributes you would not be able to
read....so this would be only a partial solution.

You could use Ldifde or cvs to export such information or use
various tools from the Win2000 support tools or Resource Kit.
Or even write your own using VB or VBS?!
