Active Directory stops working

My DC stops being able to access computers on the network
(although they can access in), and internet. I suspect
this is a DNS problem, because AD doesn't seem to be
running. When I click on a snap in such as users and
groups, I get this error:

Naming information cannot be located because:
The server is not operational.
Contact your system administrator to verify that your
domain is properly configured and is currently online.

The following errors also turn up in Application and DNS
event logs:

DNS
eventID: 4004
The DNS server was unable to complete directory service
enumeration of zone.. This DNS server is configured to
use information obtained from Active Directory for this
zone and is unable to load the zone without it. Check
that the Active Directory is functioning properly and
repeat enumeration of the zone. The event data contains
the error.

Userenv
eventID: 1000
Windows cannot connect to charitylogistics.local with
(0x2747)

Userenv
eventID: 1000
Windows cannot determine the user or computer name.
Return value (14)


Restarting the server solves the problem but it reoccurs
within 24-48 hours.

Any ideas?
