Active Directory , RPC & Netlogon are down

These are the few problems 1. When started the Active
Direct it prompt an error : Naming information connot be
located because the specified domain either does not exist
or could not be contact. 2. Cannot switch the modes it
grey display for RPC service althought it started.
Netlogon can't started.


1. Event log for Directry Services, Event ID:1126, Source:
NTDS General.
2. Event log for system log, Event ID:7003
Source:Service Control Manager

Pls give some solutions. Thanks

I would start by making sure DNS is healthy in the domain. This article may
