Hi,
I have changed the size of the partitions on my hard-disk,
so that the C: drive has increased from 4 to 18GB, and the
D: drive has decreased by 14GB. I am running Windows 2000.
I took a backup of System State using NTBackup before
doing this, as I wanted to restore Active Directory
afterwards. When I restored the System State I could not
log in to Windows. Is there are issue with changing the
partition sizes?
Thanks,
Eoin

Not that I knew of. Have you tried booting in safe mode and examine event
log ? You must install Server with the same SP level as when you did a
backup prior to restoring.
