Unfortunately there is not information to determine what happened.
Try running repadmin /showreps (you can get repadmin.exe by installing the
W2K Support Tools) on both problem DCs and see what sort of errors you
recieve.
Also many times AD replication problems are due to improperly configured
DNS servers.
Make sure that all DCs are pointing to a DNS server that hosts a forward
lookup zone for your domain and that the zone is set for dynamic update.

Then click Windows 2000 Server Resource Kit.
Then click Distributed Systems Guide.
Then click Active Directory.
Then click Name Resolution in Active Directory.
