Active Directory Replication failed

Active Directory Replication between main domain
controller and additional domain controller failed after
3 days with the following error. DNS connectivity is
working fine. Can anybody figure out?

The attempt to establish a replication link with
parameters

Partition: CN=Schema,CN=Configuration,DC=ecc,DC=com
..................
..................
Inter-site Transport (if any):

failed with the following status:

The DSA operation is unable to proceed because of a DNS
lookup failure.

The record data is the status code. This operation will
be retried.

Is this Intra-Site replication or is this Inter-Site replication?

If this is Intra-Site, have you look at the following MSKB article:

Have you run dcdiag /v on all of your DCs?
