Active directory not working after changing the admin password

How can I make the active direcoty and users application
work, I had changed the password of the administrator.
Please send me the details, Its urgent
 
If you are not able to open AD Users and Computers after changing the
Administrator password, it's possible that the password change was not
replicated to the other domain controller, so you will want to make sure
that Active Directory replication is working properly between domain
controllers (run repadmin /showreps and look for any failures).

Also, make sure you have logged off of all Domain Controllers and log back
on with the new password.

If you still have problems after that, please post more details (number of
DCs, exact error message, etc.).
