Active Directory Not Opening

For some reason Active directory users and computers is not
opening on the PDC anymore. Also on the other DC it's not
opening. I get an error message that the user I'm logged
in with, does not have permission to log on to these
servers. Nothing has changed, but still I get this error.

Can anyone give an explanation as to why this is happening?

Usually it's a DNS problem (really).

They aren't talking because they can't register or find
each other. The can't replicate, authenticate, etc.
 
Oh, run DCDiag and send the output to a text file so
you can search, review, and post it if necessary.

Run it on EACH DC. It's in Support Tools on the Server
CD-ROM.
