I am continuing to have problems adding new user records
to the AD. The root system seems to simply have the AD
lockup when a new user is attempted to be added - if I am
using the mmc it locks up and must be closed through Task
Manager. I even set up an additional DC to this system
but if I add a new user on the remote machine when
replication seems to occur the root locks up as though I
were adding the user locally - the system will not even
shutdown properly as it simply hangs during the shutdown
process. There are no entries in any of the event logs
that look out of the ordinary. I am running SP4 with all
the patches. Any suggestions?
