Hi,

On my Windows 2000 server, I installed DNS. Then I want to create a Active
Directory-integrated zone. But this option is disabled when I tried to create
it. There are ony standard primary and standard secondary options.

Help!!! Thanks in advance!

Do you have a domain controller? With Windows 2000, to change your domain name server (DNS) zone from primary to Active Directory integrated only after you create your first domain controller.

Thank you so much for your response, Bob. I just got a job in a new company.
I really don't know how the old administrator set up the DNS server. They
have a zone called int.abc.com, which is primary zone. There is no domain
controller for zone int.abc.com. Under this zone, they have a domain call
office. The active directory is for office.int.abc.com. Need you help for how
to set up a DNS like this?

Thank you very much!

assuming you don't have DC, you don't have option to enable Active Directory-integrated Zone.
