Active Directory Integrated DNS Zone Disappeared

I converted a primary zone to active directory integrated. After the
conversion, the zone was listed in the DNS MMC as "active integrated
integrated" for the zone type. I went back to the DNS MMC a few minutes
later, only to find the zone was gone. Attempts to add the zone back (as an
AD-integrated zone) results in the following error "The zone cannot be
created. The zone type is invalid." I do see the zone listed under System,
MicrosoftDNS.

If it was converted to a Primary zone, then it shouldn't show up in
System/Microsoft DNS in ADUC. Something obviously went amiss. Delete it from
there. If not able to delete it, use ADSIEdit (installed from the server
Support tools on the Cdrom), and you can drill down in the DomainNC and
delete it from there.
