Active Directory-Integrated- can't select it from Change Zone Type

Tried to change a primary DNS to AD-Integrated but grayed
out in Change Zone Type window.
I'm still on NT40 and want to migrate to AD.

There has to be a Win2K DC in your environment. That means, you can't get
AD-integrated DNS BEFORE migrating to Win2K.

And just to point out for the poster, the option is ONLY available on a
W2k/W2k3 DC.
