Active Directory in place upgrade

Scenario:In place upgrade of 150 employee/win2k workstations, NT 4 domain
dc's to Active directory.
I have been put in charge of this task w/no real ad experience except what I
have at home. I am trying to find a good established plan for this
procedure. Seems all of Microsofts documentation deals only with migration
and very large organisations. Any links or documentation would be great!
