Active Directory Access Denied in 2003 SBS Std.

I successfully installed Windows 2003 SBS Std. and now
when it starts up, I get "one service failed to start"
once logged on -"access denied" to Active Directory.

I can't do much! Please help.

Can you leave the domain and then rejoin the domain?
