Is there a way so check as the admin from the server, if a user is logged
into the Domain?

I am not referring to TS accounts. Just a normal Domain user logged into the
domain form there computer
 
If you are logging success' in Event Viewer you could look at the logs. If
you know the machine someone is at you could use WINS.
