Activation

My sister's computer opens to a screen that says it must
be activated. However when I click the OK button, it says
that it already is. Any thoughts from anyone?
 
Microsoft will not charge you for assistance with overcoming this issue.

Hi Bill,

Start/run regsvr32 regwizc.dll
Then start/run regsvr32 licdll.dll
