Activation

I purchased an iPAQ 5555 and Outlook 2002 came with it. I
installed it on a Toshiba laptop and activated it. The
keyboard wasn't working well so I bought a new laptop and
want to install Outlook 2002 on it but cannot activate
it. Any way to fix this?
 
Once you have activated it once using the internet for
all subsequent registrations you are going to have to
call the phone number and register that way. I work in IT
and have found this to be a problem with all XP retail
products if you need to re-install them. You will need to
speak with a customer service representitive and explain
the situation. This is the only way I have found that
will work. Good luck.
 
Thanks for the advice, I appreciate your response and
will give calling Microsoft a shot.
