activation problem

I upgraded to Frontpage 2003 from FP 2002 and when I try to activate the
product it says the activation wizard cannot find an internet connection. I
can click on the "connect to Microsoft Office Online" and it connects though.
 
Make sure your browser is open then try to activate it.
