activation of intruder detection

When trying to activate my intruder detection, it will not save and gives me
the error message to make sure my windows account is not "restricted". What
does that mean? And how can I turn "on" my intruder detection function?

What "intruder detection"? If this is third-party software, contact the
program mftr. for tech support with their product. If you are referring
to the Windows Firewall, please post back with more details about your
problem, your computer, etc.
