Activation in XP as well as in Vista

I activated my FS X in Win XP. When I install it also in Vista, I have to
activate it again. Is there any method to transfer the activation from XP to
Vista?

When I try the activation in Vista, I get the message that I activated it too
many times. That's the reason I want to do so.

Are you sure you are Vista capable?
