(Activating?) Neglected Accounts

I have several Business Contacts saved in BCM that corresspond to BCM accounts.

I added ficticious phone logs to multiple Business Contacts and Accounts in
BCM. However, when I try to generate "Neglected Accounts" report, the report
comes up blank.

What do I have to do to generate the Neglected Accounts Report?

In additon to that, how can we customize a report to show what sales
representative is working on what sale? What report would reflect that and
how do you set it up?
 
My guess is that neglected accounts report uses some time period to decide
how old an account with no activity must be before it is considered neglected.

There is no supported way to tie acocunts to sale representatives. The V3
Beta has an Assigned To for Accounts, but that is limited to users of a
shared database.
