There is an HTML command string which allows the
prefetching of files while your browser is idle. The
command string is in the form of:
<meta HTTP-EQUIV="Link" CONTENT="<filename>;
rel=prefetch">
It is used to acquire large files while the browser is
otherwise idle. Is this a function that is unique to a
specific browser? Or, is there some way to activate
PREFETCH within IE6?
