I can't seem to get my server extension to work on my
frontpage I've installed what is contained on my office
2000 cd server. I've run the following program Fpsrvadm.
All my web pages that I've created that need server
extension don't work? Can someone guide with this?

You are talking about your local machine, correct, if so..

Which version of Windows are you running and did you install the a web
server?

How are you accessing your site?

Yes your right this is my personnal machine I have
windows XP professional with IIS installed and frontpage
2000. I'm presently testing on my home computer before
sending to a web server that supports frontpage server
extensions! I access the site by the explorer!

You do not need to install the FP extensions from your FP CD, since by
default when you install IIS, the FP2000 extensions are also installed,
however you do need to configure the extensions for the default web under
IIS MMC. You then right click on the web, then select All Tasks, then select
install the extensions, etc.

Then once you have the extensions installed and can access http://localhost
from FP, you then need to publish your disk-based web to http://localhost,
thereafter when you want to work on your web you need to open directly in FP
via http://localhost.
