Started from http://dsl.sbc.yahoo.com

Opened <www.tracfone.com> then tried to open a link "Accessories", got this
message.

"Action cancelled
Internet Explorer was unable to link to the Web page you requested. The page
might be temporarily unavailable." So closed the window.

Then tried to open IE, SBC DSL Brower, and other sites. Got this in the blue
bar at top "Cannot Find Server - MIE" and window said "The page cannot be
displayed, etc"

From then on I can't open any web site without restarting my computer. After
restart, all is well unless I try to open any of the links in the TracFone
site.
'Trying to find out how to solve the problem, please.

Running a HOSTS file? (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hosts_file)
If so, this may be the fix; (http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/hostsfaq.htm#eliminate)

Thanks for your reply. With my limited computer knowledge I don't understand
what "Hosts file" is.

This is most basic explanation of a HOSTS file that I know;

Use CC Cleaner for each user account (if more than one)
