I am considering switching from ACT (because of poor technical support - I
wait hrs on the phone for support) to Business Contacts. Is there a tutorial
somewhere I can look at so I can see what BC offers and how I would go about
converting from ACT to Business Contacts?

Thanks,

Steve

Funny you should mention technical support ;-)

Well, we'll be here I suppose.

BCM will definitely be easier to use. Be advised that BCM 2003 is not
customizable without a lot of pain. BCM 2007 is easily customizable and will
probably give Act a run for its money.

Steve,

I too get frustrated with ACT support. However, I have found a much better
solution for ACT support. If you are interested please contact me via
dennis2115 @ gmail.com. (No, this is not a commercial solicitation and is
not about my services.)

go to www.pinpointtools.com, and search for the document Moving from ACT to
Business Contact Manager. I was a Prisoner of Act from DOS days and Contact
Interantional, through Symmantec to that other idiot, then Sage. I
converted to BCM and ain't lookin back.
