ACT! History fields not converting

During/After conversion ......not able to map or find:

- Date
- Time
- Record Manager

in the history form.

Instead.... 'creation date' and 'created by' are viewed and populated with
the new db creation info.

Opened a case with microsoft, the tech's were unable to do so either. May
have to have a developer look into it.

BCM has been like this since v1. Createdon and createdby are internal
Outlook fields set when the item was created in Outlook.
