Settings | Local Policies | User Rights Assignment | Act as part of the
operating system.
This is generally not recommended. Unless your software vendor requires you
to make this change for their software to run, it is not a good thing to do.
If there is an exploitable vulnerability in the software then you are giving
an attacker the rights to do whatever they want to your machine.
