Acrobat Reader 6 runs wisptis.exe

Acrobat Reader 6 runs wisptis.exe. Does anyone know how to stop this
from running? When you close Reader, wisptis.exe stays running in the
background. Any information is appreciated. Thanks.

Who really needs v.6? and its gigantic size? and its UNwanted reminders?

I'd wager v.5.x is perfectly functional for 99%+ of folks everywhere...plus
it is "No-Nags".
