Acrobat IE Helper Crash

When I close out of IE Version 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2rtm. I get a message:
The instruction at "Ox7c7105f8" referenced memory at "0x02080010" The memory
cold not be read. Click OK to terminate the program. The title of the
window is: Acrobat IE Helper:iexplorer.exe

It only happens sometimes. After it started happening I uninstalled Acrobat
Reader 6.0 and then installed 7.0. No help. Deleted files and cookies. No
help. Think it has something to do with memory? Brillant!

Can anyone please help as I have run out of ideas.

First eliminate any spyware.

Thanks for the help Frank. Sure had a lot of spyware and adware to get rid
of. Seems to have done the trick. Again, thanks!
