ACL for Windows 2000 Server

Hi All
We are going to buy windows 2000 advance server and
200 client computers to be connected to the server, my
question is How many (CAL)Client Access List do we need to
purchase for the server?.

Please help!!!!

Assuming all will be connected at once, a total of 200.
