Is it OK to access the same Mailbox from 2 PCs (work, home) ?

Diane, thanks, here is the detail:

I "cloned" my work PC into "virtual machine" which I run at home (connected
to company LAN via VPN).

So is there anything specific I need to do setting-wise, anything to be
aware of ?
