Acer upgrades

Hi

Can anyone whos filled in the acer web form to upgrade to vista help?

The email that comes back asks for the orginal receipt and redemption
form. Theres no mention of what the redemption form actually is. Also
do you get the receipt back.

Don't want someone with my address and part debit card details. Then
theres the problem of getting 12 month warranty in the UK if they
don't return the receipt.with no receipt.

The page just times out when I look at the update order page.

Is there one in your Acer box? Check the paperwork that you got with the
package. If there is not one, get onto the store and ask them for it.

Photocopy your receipt before you send it. In fact you could probably send a
photocopied version and keep your original. Have you phoned Acer support
and asked them? In my experience they have been very responsive.
