Hi,
I have a laptop Compact running XP Home Edition.
Everything was fine until I let my nephew use my computer.
He left and now all my icons have this ACDSee Ink Image
and nothing will open anymore. Can anyone help me?
Thanks

never heard of that but it could be some kind of spyware
download and run spy-bot and ad-aware.
BTW hid the machine when the nephew comes over next time.

That's a file viewing/organizing program, and a good one. Open whatever
program you used previously to view those files and restore it as the
default program, probably under "file type" or something similar.

LOL LOL LOL LOL I will.
Think we found out what it is but don't know how to fix
it. A digital camera software (ACD)was installed by my
nephew! Now, I just took off that software and now windows
won't open up ANY of my program. Now, all icons are a
windows generic! Any thoughts?
