Why would you not purchase an accounting package like PeachTree or similar?
If you feel you need to come here with a question, it seems unlikely that
you will end up creating an application that won't take 100's of hours. You
won't come close to software you can buy for less than $500.

I understand what you are saying, the reason I want to build an accoounting
systems using Access, is purely for learning purposes. Can you help?

The first objective is to get your table structure correct. Jeff Conrad has

There are quite a few data models at
http://www.databaseanswers.org/data_models/index.htm. I'm not sure if they
have a model that might meet your needs.
Accounting systems can vary greatly. I suggest you check out some links and
come back with specific questions when they arise.
