Hi All,

Is there a way in AD to allow users in the account operators, to manage
other accounts in the account operators group?

trust me... it is better not to use the account operators but to use
delegated permissions to groups created by you
 
Jorge, thanks for your reply. However, I user accounts that were created when
users were in the account operators group. These users were removed from the
account operators group, but I can't modify their accounts .
 
Clear the admincount attribute on the accounts and unprotect the SD on the
objects by allowing inheritance.
