Account LOCKOUTS

We are using Active directory and have just got our users
to change there passwords. a couple of our users though
are no experinecing problem with there account lockout
somewhere on the pcs the old password is being requested
and becuase its changed the account locks out every two
hours. Has anybody else experienced this can you help
please if so!!!?

Check they haven't installed any software which runs part of itself as a
service. These sort of things typically grab the username and password of
the user that installed them to run the service under.
