account lock out internet explorer

My pc came with internet explorer. I want to lock out my
daughter's log on account so she does not have internet
explorer access. Is there a way to do this.
 
Very simple!!

Ask her to use the Guest Account. The Guest Account cannot access Internet.

If the Guest Account is switched off. Turn it on in Control Panel | User
Account | turn on guest account.
