Account confusion

I'm really in the dark on some of the things Outlook 2003
does and has done to my mail.

One thing that is driving me crazy is that, when I click
on the inbox for my MSN account, it defaults to
displaying grouped by date rather than account.

The other is, even when I choose View > Arrange by >
Email account, it separates the MSN account into two
groups. The first group says E-mail account: MSN (224
items, 135 unread), the other says E-mail account: MSN
(32 items, 4 unread) with no indication of why they are
in two groups. When I view a message in the first group
and close it, it moves into the second group, which
suggests that the groups are by read or not, but the
second group also has unread messages.

At any rate, how do I get the one account into one group
that contains both read and unread messages?

Are you are popping the msn account and are you downloading the full
message?

To change the default so it sticks, you need to customize the view and
change it to group by account... or create search folders that separate
messages by account.
