Account Access

[Crystal]

I am having a problem access my account info for my
credit card. I can get to the home page of the bank,
which asks you if you want the information displayed in
English or Spanish. I have tried selecting both and all I
hear is an electrical sound like it's blocking me from
the site. I also hear that same sound when I am trying to
access other sites, too. I do not have a pop-up blocker
installed on my computer (at least I don't think so).
Does anyone have any answers for me?

Since this is only happening on one website you are probably better served
by contacting them for support.
